Shipping

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Perishable products (like food or flowers)
• Digital downloads
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Although we try to get orders processed and shipped with in a day or two, there are the occasional delays that could range from 1-2 weeks.


Color Kissed Silk Shipping Policies:
Color Kissed Silk will use the USPS with delivery confirmation for all orders over $10.00. Insurance is not mandated but available upon request at the cost being the sole responsibility of the buyer. 
Any order can be insured and will be if requested. You are not obligated to insure, however lost, damaged, or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of Color Kissed Silk.
When your package is shipped it is assigned a delivery confirmation number, this is not insurance, nor does it acknowledge financial responsibility in the event that your package is lost, damaged, or undelivered. Once a package leaves our studio, we have no control over routing, transit time, or shipping delays.
At any time you the buyer can request insurance, upgraded shipping or even special shipping companies, ( Fed-ex, UPS ) The financial responsibility will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
The cost of shipping is the responsibility of the purchasing person. We ship to the address provided to us by you the buyer. When placing an order please be sure that your Pay Pal shipping information matches your Etsy shipping information. If you fail to keep your shipping information updated, your misrouted package will not be the responsibility of Color Kissed Silk.
If you would like to upgrade, insure or expedite shipping, please contact us with your requests.
International shipping can be upgraded and insured at any time, the cost of this is a minimum $35.00 fee plus costs of shipping materials, VAT, and Duties if implied.
All international shipments are assigned a customs number. This number is not a tracking system . Shipments that go beyond the USA borders cannot be located, inquired, or tracked from the USA. 
Any package or shipment that leaves Color Kissed Silk Can and will be insured upgraded or expressed at the customer’s request. If you choose not to exercise any of these options, then Color Kissed Silk cannot be held responsible after we have fulfilled our duties to provide you with the items and services in which you have purchased.
