Return, Exchange or Refunds:
We know you will love our products; however pictures on the internet are just not the same as having the product in hand. 
In the event that you would like to exchange your ribbons or other purchases for a different color or style, we just ask that you return merchandise to us within 10 days of receiving.
The return postage is the sole responsibility of the returnee. You will not be charged any additional shipping for exchanges. Simply return the unwanted items with a list or note containing the desired item(s) that you would like to exchange it for.  
No returns, refunds or exchanges will be granted after 10 days. 
All returns will be subject to approval pending examination of returned merchandise. We will examine to determine item(s) have not been used or altered in any way. Contaminates, such as smoke, dirt, pet dander will deem merchandise un-returnable, merchandise will be returned to buyer with sale deemed final.
We ask that merchandise be returned in the condition in which it was received, it should be returned in its original packaging, with all items included as it was received.
Custom, personalized, or monogrammed cannot be returned unless there is a defined mistake, such as misspelled or misstamped dates. 
Custom, personalized, monogrammed, all sales final.
If returning merchandise for a refund, please not the refund will reflect the amount of the actual merchandise only, shipping is non-refundable. Refunds will be granted provided merchandise is deemed returnable. (No alterations, such as, but not limited to, altering of color, size, mutilation or disassembling in any way) Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt.
